problem authentication failure in VNC Server

Hi
I previous installed vnc server on centos and it worked without problem. But I decide Install Ubuntu for any reason.
I installed vnc server on ubuntu and It work without problem. But When I want login from another system from other place with different IP, I recived "authentication failure" message before appear login page.When I restart vnc server via putty, it worked. What's the problem? Please help me?

I solved it. It's related to session of gnome-session. I reinstall ubuntu and install KDE instead of Gnome and it's worked.
