How do I DELETE my Ubuntu One content?

I know the files will be automatically deleted on 31 June, but I want to make sure that they are completely gone and I'd like to delete them one by one MYSELF. It's just a couple of files that I'm interested in deleting, as they are confidential. Is there a way to access the Dashboard now? If not, how do I go about doing that? Thanks.

Point your web browser at http://one.ubuntu.com and login. Go to the Files tab. To the right of each of you files/folders you should see a link that says "More". Click on this link and you see the option to delete appear under the name of the file or folder.

I don't think you can access individual files now that the service has shut down. The only option appears to be to download.

Yeah, you cannot access the dashboard to delete the files manually. How do I make sure that my files are permanently deleted?
