How to make other distros look like Ubuntu

I have to start to use some other distros (CentOS, RHEL and Debian specifically)...but cant stand the way they look...I guess because I love the way ubuntu looks SO MUCH...been searching through gnomelook but having hard time finding a theme that matches ubuntu...does anyone know of the one..or how I can make say CentOS look exactly like Ubuntu? I mean, desktop, icons and most importantly the TERMINAL?

    Thanks

I don't what terminal you use , but the background html color code for the Ubuntu terminal is #2C001E. and that can be changed in the terminal's profile preferences . I think the Red Hat family uses the rpm package system and installing the default themes from .deb wouldn't work unless someone has converted them from .deb . If you can in install extracted tar.gz packages into the theme and icon folders see the links .
