I was gifted a Samsung ML-2510 Laser printer today after the previous owner had a roller failure. After replacing the roller I now have a beautiful printer with several new cartridges. It prints wonderfully in windows and pages come out fine there , however I have tested in 3 different variants of Ubuntu; lubuntu 14 , Mint 14 and Mint 15, both with The Generic and samsung driver (via suldr repo) and all give me the same results that the page is off center. As I said it prints beautifully in windows and this does not happen

The ubuntu test page shows me "Media Limits: 0.17 x 0.17 to 8.33 x 10.83

The page prints about 1 cm to the right and 1 cm up on the page and this is obvious when printing PDFs that fill the page. On the test page I do not see the line on right nor upper edge of page, as the yare cropped off. Page size is set correctly

Can I set "media Limits " manually somehow?
