Sounds like clamAV is being a piece of junk again. Why do you use it? It throws a ton of false positives.

You could try f-prot (for updating you need ia32-libs) to get a second "opinion" what it is - maybe a false positive of clamav
Or submit a few of the files to virustotal.
How many other forums was this same question submitted to? I've seen at least 3 questions worded exactly the same.
