error message and problem in running ubuntu 14.04

hi all,
i have installed ubuntu 14.04 (64bit and fresh install-no upgrade) 7 days ago. only i have updated and install VBox and gnome-tweak-tool package.
now when i run ubuntu, it get me below message and i haven't Luncher and etc, only i have icons on my desktop. when i open a window (such as home icon, it opened but hasn't any title bar!).

Error message shown to me:

System program problem detected
Do you want to report the problem now?

can any one know what is problem?

upgrade by
sudo apt-get update && apt-get dist-upgrade

and reboot
