Ipod nano 6th generation, sync using Spotify

After several attempts and trying rhythmbox, Banshee, Amarok, gtkpod etc to sync ipod nano 6th generation, I could use Spotify to sync my ipod. It worked fine for the first time, but after that every time I connect the ipod it ask me to restore the ipod using itunes like the first time.

Does any one have any idea to fix this? Thanks

BTW, rhythmbox crashes during sync, in other apps it seems that it is synced but when I disconnect there is no music on the device. If you have any idea about these it is also appreciated to share.

    BTW I use unbunto 13.04.
    Thanks

No, Ipod 6th Gen's are not Linux compatible. As far as I'm aware, the hashes used to encrypt Ipod's post 4th Gen haven't been cracked yet so only Itunes can be used to sync them as it is the only player availible that holds the hash key. Sorry. BTW, Itunes will not run in WINE either.

I had the same problem with my iPod and I solved it by creating a Windows Virtual Machine and installing iTunes in it.
