    1802 Error with Lenovo T410

I am trying to switch out the intel wireless card that came with my T410 for a broadcom BCM94313 card with bluetooth from my old b570, and I am getting an 1802 error at BIOS. I have read around different forums and found a few fixes that only seem to work with windows. I am running a full Ubuntu system. Is there a known fix for this problem? I am apprehensive to flash my BIOS (I dont want a brick!) I look forward to your comments.

The problem with flashing a BIOS is blown out of proportions. Try to google for issues for your particular hardware and if you don't find anything significant I suggest that you try.
