Can I move and copy launchers around the start menu?

Is there a way to move or copy the launchers between categroies? e.g.: if I install LibreOffice Draw, it puts launchers in "Office" and "Graphics", if I wanted to move the" Office" one to "Graphics" how would I do it? What if I wanted to copy it instead? And how about deleting them?

Sorry- I forgot- I am using Ubuntu 14.04 and KDE. Or Kubuntu 14.04.
