Is there a way for me to flash a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 - Sprint varient with source I

I have had a tough time finding source that I can compile myself, so I can modify the source slightly. I did manage to compile Cyanogenmod 11 for my phone, described in the subject line, but I need to apply a patch to it. The patch does not support cm-11, Cyanogenmod 11, and Cyanogenmod's earlier versions are not available for my phone. Is there a validated Linux, Ubuntu or otherwise, which I can compile for my phone? If so, could you please share the tutorials?

late reply ! try using adb commands , unfortunately im not good at it but there are handfuls of tuts at youtube
