ubuntu repo firefox

I truly hate when the gui I set up gets changed on me and especially so when the option to change it back to what I want is ignored.

firefox has tabs on top despite my having changed the about:config browser.tabs.ontop to FALSE. also I see no Help option to display the about option to provide the firefox version here you. anybody have a fix for this aside from chrome or konquerer ?

Kinda like a CSEC or NSA telling you how you will live isn't it; you will use firefox this way and like it !

apologies I found a link for About is vers 29 for mint STILL NO LUCK getting the menu bar or the tabs on bottom back THIS IS FRUSTRATING

update got the menu bar back finally. STILL unable to put tabs on bottom

[SOLVED] use firefox add-ons search for "tabs on bottom" plug in puts directly on bottom.
