    14.04 server install kernel-panic on boot

    I am getting a kernel panic on boot up of my machine after installing the latest version of server. It looks like a corrupted library file, but I do not know how to determine what file is the problem, or how to fix it. I also see my mobo listed and am wondering if there is a compatibility issue. Here is a screenshot of the error:

    Any help on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated. One last item of note, this occurred on initial boot after install and on reboot in recovery mode.
