Bypassing the security approval for a java application

I use a java application frequenlty; upon opening it I have to respond to several dialogs that all state "The applicatoin's digital signature has been verified" by clicking them Run button. Since I trust this application, I was wondeirg if there exists a way for me to allow for this specific application / publisher to not require manual approval everytime. I understand this is more a Java question than an Ubuntu one, but any help would be very appreciated.

Do not you have a check box saying "do not as again" or similar ?
I have a web application at work that heavily depends on java, same situation, but I never wanted to check the box and do run the thing every time. Not used it in a couple month so I'll have to check again, but I'm away from the authorised machine to run it. I also had to tweak the java config.

There is an option "Always trust content from this publisher". I have checked it yet I see that dialog box again.

I'll have a look next Monday at the config I used. Had to tweak it as per the app admins recommendations at univ.
