I delete all config in ath9k.conf and everything is fine now. Thanks Varun (This is mean rain?), you made ubuntu is ubuntu.

After clean install just use this command

echo "blacklist acer_wmi" | sudo tee -a /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf
sudo reboot

and everything perfect
