I normally download once soon after daily is available and the use zsync to refresh ISO with latest updates. Saves downloading full ISO every day. Although I do not update every day.
I have a folder ISO which I change to then run zync
cd ISO
zsync http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live...md64.iso.zsync
