Nahh you was always around when needed! Thank You.
I haven't had an LTS on here in a long time...how does it work with LTS point releases? Do they upgrade automatically through the software updater? Do they include newer kernels, apps, what exactly? Just Curious and also... is there a calendar schedule yet for the 14.04 LTS point releases?

Do they include newer kernels, apps, what exactly? My system gets updated to the next point release if I simply update with Synaptic. Kernel updates, software updates, all that comes in. I usually keep only the two latest kernels.
@malspa: thanks! Very good to know..i wonder if all that also comes through the software updater or does one need to run synaptic to get all that the point release offers... I normally just use the software updater for updates, so if the updater offers me the point release, is it best to switch over to synaptic to do it?

Not sure; I only use Synaptic for updating in any Debian-based distros, including in Ubuntu. But I'm guessing that the results would be the same with the software updater.
Thanks...i checked with Don (dcosner) and told me that the software updater will bring it in also... By the way, does anyone have the link for the mirror page where the final isos for 14.04 will get posted to on thursday? I always forget where that is
