How to Block Internet Access to Programs Using Firewall configurations

I using ubuntu 14.04. I want to install windows games through wine so i want to block incoming & outgoing connections for a program but i don't know how to do that Plz guide

Also if install a game though wine where does all the games data gets stored? So i can copy crack...patch & copy language packages manually?

the programmes installed through wine will be installed in a programmes folder which is present in Wine.. and customisation to firefall? Iam nerd in that issue.
