Wireless connection with ASUS X450JF/K450JF

Hi,
I'm a new Ubuntu 12.04 user. I run this version of Ubuntu as a single OS on Asus K450J laptop model and has a problem with wireless connection. The system does not detect any wireless connection and I cannot turn it on. It seems that the system does not found any wireless card on my laptop. I think it must be a problem with the wireless card driver, but I cannot sort it out even I googled it for over an hour as I'm really new user.
Hope anyone could help me out. Thank you very much.

Also check this thread out to make sure it is not a common bug known to happen with some Asus models : http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=2181558

If yes, the workaround is also suggested in the thread, please consider adding yourself to the 'Affects Me" list of the bug reports.
If not, the script report asked by tfrue above may help determining the problem.
