    Xubuntu "Restart" logs out instead

    Completely patched 14.04 hitting restart is logging me out instead. Able to reboot fine via cli
    Whoever came up with the phrase "There is no such thing as a stupid question" obviously never had the internet.

    Same for me on two machines. Happened after latest slew of updates. Also causing sound issue as stated in this thread.
