    That's great. There are some very promising things coming out of Israel that are Linux related and help people. Another example is the CUBE PC which was designed by two Arab Israelis and is a computer costing as little as $45 without peripherals - perhaps it could be connected to screens, mouses , keyboards etc that the West is dumping in Africa (as the OPs article suggested)
