    I remember having some Windows FPS game, I forget what it was, that I lost the installation key for. I couldn't install it in Windows, but it installed and worked great in Wine. Actually, now that I think about it, I installed it with one of those old native Loki installers. It worked in Linux with that, but not Windows. So scratch that. But you're right that Wine is great for some things and crap for others.

    I think it will help even if Steambox doesn't sell like crazy. Valve is betting all their chips on this. They're going to do whatever they can to try to make this succeed. That means they'll be heavily pushing for people to port their games to their platform. The only problem I see is that the Steambox prices are astronomical. I'm afraid they're shooting themselves in the foot with their pricing schemes.

    +1 for Dual-Booting =D


    NOTE: Don't try to Dual-Boot SteamOS as no matter what option you choose, it will always DELETE your partitions which means you'll LOSE your data.
