A have already tried to allow every thing in ports 1194, 943 and 449 but culdn't connect to the VPN when GUFW is on, but if it's off i have no problems to connect.
For the "Upgrade Manager" I dont't know what port i have to allow.

I found the answer about Upgrade Manager: the default port is 80 -----------> http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?p=8885570
But about openvpn I have no solutions yet.
