Hi,

I've been using for the last couple of years Linux Mint. I decided to give Ubuntu a try again, but I seem to have the same problem I had when I decided to change distros. The video in HULU is "choppy" (don't know if that's an actual word). I don't seem to have that problem in Mint. I reinstalled mint and it worked right out of the box.

I started liking Ubuntu once again, but when I got to this part I had to go back. I was even enjoying the Unity DT, which I didn't like before.

I use hulu all the time on Ubuntu and never have a choppiness problem.
I would suggest looking over the support page at hulu.com.
And maybe contact them for help.

It might take a day for them to reply to you, but they do help solve problems when asked.

If you do try contacing them, give as much info on the system you have as possible.
Include system specs, Ubuntu version, and if possible any network speed you have.
(chances are they will point you toward speedtest.net to test network speeds)
