Please, remove this totally empty account (so I can recreate accociation with correct e-mail) or, if not possible, reassociate my SSO login with original account.

snipped the address so it's not harvested
Mail address checked out - as long as the ubuntuforums mail address is now preferred at sso - then logout and you should be fine.
