You could go to the My Profile link and select About me.

The simplest place to look is your beans.
From what I know(which is squat for the most part) you get beans when posting in support sections, or reporting spam.
(Don't know how the spam reporting reflects on the post limit, though)
You don't get beans when posting in the cafe or chat or forum feedback.
(Because they aren't support sections)

At least I never get beans when posting frivolous posts in the cafe or chat, or here(feedback)

The easisest way I know of accumulating posts and beans is to get involved. It doesn't always have to be asking for help or in-depth discussions of the technical intricacies of a particular problems. Sometimes all it takes is remembering that you've seen something similar in another discussion and providing a link.
