    Thunderbird Archive?

Silly questions.... when I select archive for a message on thunderbird, what actually happens? I have 4 email accounts and was just wondering where it all goes...is it stored locally?

    Thanks

it goes to the Thunderbird Archive section on your computer. If you have lots of emails to Archive, better set it to sort by month and year rather than year alone.
If you set up imap, you'll have one Archived local folder per account. Be aware that archiving removes original mails from imap server.
