    Ubuntu Minimal + Canon Pixma MG2500

    Just bought a new Canon Pixma MG2500.

    I am running Ubuntu Minimal 13.10 with Xfce4

    I have plugged the printer in, and I get a notification that says "A USB printer was detected"

    But when I go to LibreOffice, and select Print, it only shows "Generic Printer"

    I tried just pressing Print, but i guess it's not getting to the printer...


    What do I do?
    Things to remember :
    - Use proper english
    - Comment your code
    - Keep background information and introductions to a minimum
