    live boot ntfs error

I have been trying to create a live usb for matriux (www.matriux.com) and I ran into an error I have never seen before, I can create live usbs for all other distros. it will boot to the grub screen, then after I select boot live, the terminal output starts scrolling, but then stops at an error saying something like "cannot mount ntfs partition read/write, windows is hibernating" I have made sure I shut down windows 8 properly, I can boot several other distros live, I have a post out on their forum but I have not heard anything back, being as this is a large (and very helpful) community, I thought someone here may have a solution. Thanks in advance
