Unanswered posts should get no shrift with search engines

Not sure how this would work technically, but doing a google search on the latest thorn-du-Jour in my side and getting a hit that is unanswered is most depressing -- well, ok a waste of time, at least. Especially when that post is five years old and still not answered.

Is it possible to lower the likelihood of such a post being picked up by the major search engines?

The only thing that we can do forum wise - is set areas unsearchable.

You'll not find recent results from the Archive.

So - we'd need to archive things again.
