Problem accessing acount

My sister has an account here, with the screen name of Softa. Alas, when she tries to log in, all she gets is a blank screen after clicking on the Log In button. Would somebody here send an email to the address associated with that account telling her how to regain access. (I'm doing it this way so that only the person who owns that account gets this information.) If, however, it's just a general process, feel free to reply here and I'll pass it on to her.

There doesn't appear to be anything wrong with that account.

I'd try running firefox in safe mode

firefox -safe-mode

It's not likely that this is going to be anything private, so I've not bothered e-mailing the account.

I passed this on to my sister, telling her that she needed to close Firefox and open a terminal. She replied that she'd tried one more time and It Just Worked. Still, it doesn't hurt to know that safe mode can help with this, so thanx for the suggestion.
