I want to download Ubuntu Studio on an Intel 64-bit system. The downloads only list Intel for the 32 bit systems and Amd for 64 bit systems. Would there be a problem if I installed Studio for Amd on myIintel machine? Thank You for your help.

Dark-Roasted but Half-Baked
AMD64 is a historical reference only. AMD brought the first 64bit hardware to the consumer market, so it got called AMD64. You will also find it called x86-64.
Anyway, don't worry about it. It will work on your 64 bit Intel hardware.
