I have been on Ubuntu for over a year now and the only big thing that i hated was that i just could not get flash to work full screen. I searched and switched to others distro. But even though i got it to work on Debian i wasnt ready for Debian yet. So switched back.

So today i had Fedora 14 live booted and i searched if people were having problems with flash full screen and i came across 1 tip that changed everything and helped me stay on Ubuntu.

Well in conclusion the very simple tip for anyone who is having problems with getting flash full screen to work:

1) go to any flash video
2)left click in the video
3) when the menu comes up click on "Settings..."
and the flash settings should pop-up
4)click on the very first icon with a computer screen icon
*(5) uncheck the box that says "Enable Hardware Acceleration"

6) Close the settings pop up and click the full screen button and enjoy.

* = if the box is already unchecked then sorry but keep on looking buddy.

Well hope it helps anyone that has been having trouble with this.
