I purchased a Pangolin Performance last July (panp9) and started an installation of Ubuntu Server 13.10 on my external USB3 drive. I shut the lid as it was installing and left the house to go run some errands while it was installing. When I came back, there were no lights, and the laptop wouldn't turn on. I unplugged everything but the charger, no luck. Unplugged the charger, still no luck. I flipped it over, took the motherboard cover (I could see the battery through the grate) and pulled the battery, put it back in, and it still won't turn on. I've tried everything, except resetting the PRAM/NVRAM and the CMOS, neither of which I know how to do or could find online/System76's pages how to do it. Does anybody know how to fix this?
