    Regain access to old account.

Hi, I had the wrong preferred email when logging in via SSO, so now I have an unwanted account "vyruss2" and cannot access my normal account "vyruss".

Could you kindly help me by deleting this account and giving me access to the old one I used to have, whenever that is possible?

    Much obliged
    Jimmy (vyruss)

Removing this account will make no difference.

You have to deal with the e-mail mismatch between SSO and the forum.

The forum has a hotmail address. Set SSO to use that and as preferred - then tell us when you've done so. We'll disassociate this account when you tell us you've done so.

If you've a problem with that mail address let me know via PM.

Hi, thanks for your reply, I have switched SSO to the preferred address (hotmail one).

I've disassociated this account from Ubuntu One. If you have set the correct hotmail in Ubuntu One as preferred and log out from the forum and in again you should log into the vyruss account.

Just to be sure - the hotmail in the vyruss account is the one used in 2005 to create the vyruss account.
