I thought I set the email address the same when signing up for the SSO login, but I guess something must have been different because I got a slightly different username. Help is appreciated, thanks.

That account] uses an email address @purdue.edu. If that email is no longer accessible, we can use another method - otherwise, make it the preferred SSO email address. When that is done, we'll need to disassociate this account with SSO.
