My sony vaio had windows 8 preinstalled, and i've installed ubuntu on dual boot ( i played a bit with the partitions ). When i boot up on ubuntu i noticed there was no sound, so i followed this solution: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=2141205
Now i got sound, but i discovered another problem, laptop freezes after some time. Not while i am doing something specific, it may freeze while i'm writing this post, while i'm installing software, while ...
So i've also installed xfce, coz i thought that freezing was propably a gnome problem... Same thing there...
Does anyone had the same problem?
