I don't have /usr/share/xubuntu-docs/about/xubuntu-index.html

I installed Lubuntu 13.10 but then I later installed xubuntu-desktop --noinstall-recommends and now login in to a xubuntu session..

I think that's why I don't see /usr/share/xubuntu-docs/about/xubuntu-index.html. Is there a way to get that file without doing a full xubuntu-desktop install or to access that file via the internet?

The file is part of the xubuntu-docs package.

The documentation is also available online @ http://docs.xubuntu.org/
