Angry 13.10 No menus in thunderbird

I have today updated to Ubuntu 13.10, which have been total disaster, from black screen to disappeared menus and random crashes...
While most issues *google* helped to solve, I am stuck with thunderbird without menus and in "full screen mode" I cant minimize it or change size, nor I can put it in backround expect by ctrl-tab and selecting other application.

Any suggestions how to resolve it?

Menus appears if I first hit ctrl-p, cancel then I have menus until I click somewhere in thunderbird, however, still no way in changing the size of the windows.

The menu bar is hidde for default. Menus appears after check the option "Menú bar" in Preferences.

The hidde menu bar is at right of search box
