Grey letters in Libreoffice

I tried to remove the direct style but nothing happens. Anyone knows how to fix that? All the text is in Times New Roman, 13.

I need it for the university, each college did its own part.

Character style may lie in many different places. Format > character (which I think is what you tried). Format > paragraph, section, could be an automatic field etc.
Could you please provide the page in .odt ?

Can't, cause I'm doing a work with some colleges of the university and they don't have open/libreoffice installed. Winusers.
