    chromium: incognito mode saving cookies.

    Hey Guys:

    1. I clear all cookies and data from "beginning of time"
    2. I open an incognito window in chromium 30.0.1599.114 Built on Ubuntu 12.04
    3. I log into twitter
    4. I close incognito window
    6. I restart chromium
    7. I go to cookies, and find 10 cookies for twitter.

    Any suggestions?

I happen to be using Chromium™ (package: chromium-browser) myself, along with the PepperFlash shockwave plug-in (PPA:skunk/pepper-flash; package: pepflashplayer-installer). I'm currently testing the extension ScriptSafe™ (available at the Google® Chrome® Web Store™), and it's basically a more complicated analogue to InformAction® NoScript™ (which I've used for years with Mozilla® Firefox®); the next Extension that I plan to test is a cookie-editor extension, and the Web Store has two (viz., Cookies and Gnaw Cookie) available.
nVIDIA® nForce® chipsets require discrete GPU's up to Pascal and appropriate nVIDIA Kernel modules.
Most intel® ExpressSets™ and AMD® RS-Series are fully supported in open source.

I did what you did but I used Facebook, not Twitter, and Chrome Version 31.0.1650.48, not Chromium. I didn't see any cookies from Facebook.

twitcook.pngthese are the cookies I have after closing incognito window. I can screencast record if you would like to see.

again this is after the process of : clear all data, open incog window, login to twitter, close incog window, close chromium, restart computer, open chromium (non incog) , inspect content for saved cookies: there they are.

    Any suggestions?

Check the settings and make sure the option "continue where I left off" is not ticked.

I have a similar problem with Facebook cookies, even though I don't use Facebook. I delete all, but the next time I check, they're back.
