    who wants a moonclock for the upcoming full moon

    some of you might be interested to use this as full moon approaches

    you will need to install it
    Code:
    sudo apt-get install gkrellm gkrellmoon
    or do through synaptic and see how many more great elements are available for gkrellm

    then to enable start gkrellm click F1 for settings

    PS
    many themes for the app unpack individually in ~/.gkrellm2/themes/

    I have just installed it and the cpufreq plugin. It is a neat little utility that now shows the on-demand frequency of both my CPU cores. Which I think is useful for any one wanting to experiment with over-clocking.

    I'd forgotten all about gkrellm, used to use that a whole lot when I was using a fluxbox.

    gkrellm is really nice. Alas, some theming doesn't play well with KDE.
