    Kodak ESP 3.2 Printer support

I want to try to get my mom running Ubuntu instead of Windows. She has a Kodak ESP 3.2 printer, and so do I, I have found NO Linux support at all for this printer. Has anyone found a way to make this printer work?

I have a KODAK ESP C310 AiO and it is plug and play in Linux, including the scanner, and has been for a while now. If you are going to give her a recent Ubuntu version, you should be fine.

I have the same printer, so I tried it on one of my computers here. I was running 12.04? LTS, so I tried 13.10. I am still having the same issues. I tell it to print a test page, and it will take half a sheet in, and just sit there for a while, and then spit it out saying printing failed. The printer will then attempt to reboot itself and fail, so I need to pull the plug and reset it manually. The printer works perfect on my XP machine and my Windows 7 machine. I also have the same problem with Zorin too.

Perhaps you have assigned the wrong printer type to the print queue?
There is no ppd file for the ESP3.2 yet
You should try the one for the Hero 9.1
(note that ESP 3 or ESP3200 would both be wrong)
