hello,
so im completely new here and need some help.

everytime i play a video or music (online or from hard drive), it plays regularly for a short time then freezes or lags monentarily until i move the mouse, it will keep freezing intermittantly unless i keep moving the mouse.

from the system info it says my graphics driver is unknown.

this is what ive got so far but anything further gets a dead end:

is it just a driver issue? how do i fix this?
