Minecraft - Java Runtime installed but no where to be found

I'm pretty new to Lubuntu and I am completely lost with Java... I've already got a server running. Now all I'm trying to do is start Minecraft but EVERY tut has told me to change permissions (done) and run with Java 7 Runtime.

Now the problem is, Where is Java runtime? I've pretty much installed every java app I've found -_-

    I've installed Openjdk java 7 runtime v7u25-2.3.12-4ubuntu3
and also the Openjdk java 6 runtime
    Icedtea java plugin
    Icedtea java webstart

When I try and open the Minecraft.jar file with another application the only Java options are "Oracle Java 7 Console" and "Oracle Java 7 VisualVM"

You may need to tell your system which of the two Java installations -- Oracle or OpenJDK -- to use. See the "Choose the default Java" section here: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Java
