Lenovo S205 Ideapad: No Sound on ANY ubuntu OS

I have a Lenovo S205 Ideapad and i've installed both ubuntu and lubuntu. I have no issues with either of them besides the fact that i dont have any audio. I cant tell if microphone works or not, but that doesnt matter right now. I would like some help about this audio error. Thanks!

Can you run the command from a terminal

aplay -l

So we know what kind of soundcard it is that is not working.

This is what it said after i typed that command in the terminal:
