@BigSilly: perhaps it will be better for you when they switch to mir and drop compiz...though you probably should give 14.04 a go when it finalizes in April...one never knows
All is great ... glides like an oiled otter on an icerink
Generally fine ... most things are fine most of the time
There are some holdups ... things do not feel all in sync/smooth
Not all that good here ... occasional cuss has passed my lips
A fiasco ... i have had to bail out to another Desktop Environment/Distro
