City Of Heroes loading takes forever.

City Of Heroes is no longer being developed, but you can still play it with Titan Icon. I have Wine installed and it works perfectly fine. When I launch COH from Titan Icon from Wine, there will be a bar that says loading but it will stay like that for a long time. Any help?

what version of Wine are you running? Is the game in the WineHQ for being able to run good within a certain version of Wine? Also I see you listed your CPU but not your GPU, we can't help without knowing what graphics card you're running.

I have a similar CPU, mine is the E4300. Core2Duo 1.8Ghz 800Mhz FSB. I run an Nvidia 8400GS i just bought from newegg for only $32 and it actually runs Serious Sam 3 BFE (native game in linux) within a windowed mode at around 30 FPS. Not sure what the settings are on, most likely low and the window i play it in is small BUT it's still fun. Considering this machine is how many years old and was never intended to be a gaming PC i'm very pleased with it's performance.
