13.10 update - 'System program problem detected'.

    Hello.
I have big trouble. I updated my Ubuntu to 13.10 from 13.04 by Software Updater. Now, when I'm logging in, I'm getting a message 'System program problem detected'. I can click Cancel or Report problem... but it doesn't matter, which button I choose - my desktop is not loading. I see only black screen and cursor. What can I do?
    Than you for your answers.

From what I've read with this error, it is probably due to the video drivers (wont be able to help you much with these). Please have a look at the following links :

    Thanks man, you're very helpful.
I used this command 'sudo apt-get remove fglrx*' and now I can login to my desktop. Unfortunatly, my Unity dock doesn't work! Yes, it was set to auto-hide, now I can not use it. I see this animation, when you minimalise things and they hide to dock, but I simply can not expand dock.
Edit: It expands when I click Windows button, but not when I'm bringing cursor closer to edge.
    Edit2: Huh. After
    dconf reset -f /org/compiz/
    and
    setsid unity
    Dock works. Thx for help.
