GNOME Shell/GTK theme not changing completely

Hi, I installed the latest GNOME version and set some Shell and GTK themes I had downloaded, although the title panel of windows' is not changing. I can not recall if this is part of Shell or GTK theme (last used GNOME around half a year ago) but I tried changing both in GNOME Tweak Took but the default theme remains.

Here is a screenshot for showing the issue: http://i.imgur.com/bV21pXS.png

As you can see, the top Shell panel features the Zukitwo theme, while the Tweak Tool window is set to the Moka theme. But the window title panel for the Tweak Tool and Chromium browser still feature the default theme's black/grey line and the 'X' button.

How can I set this right? Thanks in advance.
