The last thing that I know to try thanks to chili555 reminding me is go into your router and change 802.11bgn to 802.11bg then save the settings and reboot your computer.
This driver has had many issuses and that has help with speed in many cases along with the other things we have done already.
I found the setting, it's set to:
Code:802.11 Mode : Mixed 802.11g and 802.11b

I did change the IPv4 and v6 settings, and it didn't work. Same with the ofono thing. Well, I'll just wait. Maybe some update will magically resolve it.
